Vineyard Notes
We sought out the grapes from the established Landa Vineyard to make our mouthwatering Viognier. Located in the shadows of the eastern hills of the Sonoma Valley, this site consistently produces high quality Rhône varietals. With its fleshy, rich texture and delicate floral aromas, our wine is reminiscent of the exceptional wines from Rhône valley.

Winemaking Notes
This fruit was hand harvested early in the morning to ensure the coldest juice possible and came into the winery in exceptional condition. We then hand sorted, whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless steel under very cool conditions. The finished wine was transferred to French oak barrels, where it aged for eleven months before being bottled. Our wine was left on its lees in barrel and stirred frequently. The skins of this Viognier are high in phenol compounds, which account for the oily, rich texture of our wine.

Tasting Notes
Profound aromas of white flowers, apricots, and orange peel introduce this wine. The full-bodied palate is lush with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, minerality and roasted nuts. Mouthwatering and bright, this is a refreshingly well-balanced wine.
