Vineyard & Winemaking Notes
The Grenache grapes for the Rose program were harvested three weeks before those used in our red wine production. We harvest our Rose grapes earlier
so the resulting wine is low in alcohol and higher in acidity, creating a refreshing and balanced wine that one craves on a warm spring day. The
grapes go directly to press and the resulting salmon colored juice is transferred to a stainless steel tank where fermentation takes place at cool temperatures.
This wine is stored in stainless steel fermentation up until the January bottling.
