I love the hussle and bussle of harvest time and working under pressure. The smell of the winery and how much fun cellar staff have is also a plus. I do not want to be sitting behind a desk working all day.

Lo que más me gusta de la cosecha son las tareas, realizar remontajes, probar el mosto, la molienda. Son trabajos duros pero se genera un lindo ambiente de trabajo. Lo que me hace volver es que es de las partes más lindas a la hora de la elboración del vino.

What I like most about harvest are the tasks, pump-overs, tasting the wine, and all of the hard work. They are hard jobs but a nice work environment is generated. What makes me come back is that harvest is one of the most beautiful parts when it comes to making wine.

During harvest you see the result for the first time, what you have worked for the whole year. It is great to hold your own product in your hand afterwards and to identify with it.
