2021 Turbine Pinot Noir
Our Turbine Pinot Noir is made primarily from barrels that create bright and youthful wines, intentionally made to be enjoyed young. While barrel tasting, Katy and Ian handpicked specific barrels they felt were ahead of the curve – the wine was ready to make its debut sooner than the rest of the vintage, showcasing Pinot Noir and all of its delicacy. The goal was to capture the essence of how the wine tasted and felt during the barrel-tasting process and share that experience with our valued guests.
The packaging for our Turbine Line most reflects our dedication to sustainability by way of utilizing the lightest glass of all our wines, using recycled paper for the labels, and the decision to refrain from using a foil capsule. This renders the Turbine Line our most sustainable yet.
Our 2021 Turbine Pinot Noir is a great introduction to the word of Pinot Noir. Not too esoteric, and ready to drink now. With plenty of juicy red fruit flavors and a long smooth finish, this wine pairs great with savory salads, and any thing you might want to throw on the grill, from squash to steak. Also wonderful to drink by itself, this is a truly versatile Pinot Noir!
