A new way to experience wine, without compromise.
We believe removing alcohol from wine shouldn’t mean removing its character, and Winemaker Katy Wilson made our 2025 Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Albariño with the same care she brings to all of her wines. Taste it on its own first, then three ways with mixers from our friends at Land + Local in Healdsburg. Blood orange and fennel is the juiciest of the three, with a subtle savory note from the fennel. Rose, cardamom and Meyer lemon leans softer and more floral, with a touch of spice. Hibiscus and ginger is the most aromatic, with floral tartness and gentle warmth.

Pickleball & Wine Tasting
Serve then Sip! Enjoy one hour of playing time on our private pickleball court, overlooking the Picpoul Blanc vineyard, followed by an Elements Wine Tasting flight (including a welcome splash and four Anaba wines). Paddles provided during your playing time, if needed.

Go Behind the Scenes
Anaba Winery Tour & Tasting
A guided tour of our state-of-the-art winery — built in 2019 and powered by wind and solar — followed by a full tasting flight. Visit the tank room and barrel room as our cellar team tends to the wines. Every day in the cellar is different.
