About this wine
Las Brisas, meaning “the breezes,” is part of the Mahoney Estate on the Sonoma side of Carneros. Shaped by cool winds from San Pablo Bay, this distinctive vineyard benefits from a marine influence and shallow clay soils that help slow ripening and preserve freshness. The 2023 growing season brought abundant winter rainfall followed by a mild summer, extending ripening and allowing the grapes to develop gradually. The result is a Pinot Noir that reflects the character of this cool-climate site, bringing together expressive fruit, savory depth and the structure to reward time in the bottle, or simply enjoy right away!
