We believe removing alcohol from wine shouldn’t mean removing its character. This 2025 Alcohol-Removed Sparkling Albariño begins with Sonoma Valley Albariño, crafted with the same attention to quality and balance as our traditional wines. Winemaker Katy Wilson gave thoughtful consideration to every step of the process, from the gentle removal of alcohol to the selection of organic herbs and wild-harvested botanicals, collaborating with our friends at Land + Local to create an infusion that complements the wine and reflects the care and quality she brings to all of her wines.
Bright and aromatic, it opens with fresh citrus, green apple, and white peach, followed by crisp acidity, fine bubbles, and a subtle coastal salinity. The botanicals complement the wine with fresh citrus, delicate herbs, and savory complexity, creating a refreshing, balanced finish.
