Whether you’re choosing an alcohol-free option for the occasion or simply curious to try something different, this set brings together a bottle of our sparkling Albariño with three botanical mixers from Land + Local in Healdsburg.
Start with the wine on its own, then add a small amount of each mixer to discover how it subtly changes the wine’s aromatics and flavor. The wine is bright and aromatic, with fresh citrus, green apple, white peach and subtle minerality, followed by refreshing acidity and a clean, saline finish.
Blood Orange + Fennel adds juicy fruit and a subtle savory note, Rose + Cardamom + Meyer Lemon brings a softer, floral character with a touch of spice, and Hibiscus + Ginger adds floral tartness and gentle warmth.
A little goes a long way. For a tasting pour, we recommend about ¾ teaspoon of mixer in a 2 oz pour. For a 5 oz glass, try about 1½ teaspoons, or simply mix to find your favorite portion.
