Dessert Duo

2025 Late Harvest Roussanne, Sonoma Valley
Fruit from neighboring Telman Vineyard hung long into a slow, moderate 2025 season, and a touch of noble rot added concentration while natural acidity kept things fresh. Apricot skin, orange blossom, and honeycomb unfold over a silky, mineral-lined palate — rich but never too sweet. Lovely with pâté, Comté, blue cheese, or a simple apple tart.
2018 Red Port, Sonoma Mountain
Grown at 850 feet on a steep, east-facing slope of Sonoma Mountain, this Syrah-based port-style wine is indulgent without tipping into overly sweet. Black cherry, raspberry, and violet aromas meet notes of clove and cedar, finishing long and velvety — lovely with bleu cheese, salted nuts, or dark chocolate, or simply on its own.
