Olive Oil Cake
So simple yet so incredibly delicious – especially with our estate olive oil! This olive oil cake is the perfect ending to a beautiful meal with friends and family.

Ingredients
- 2 cup flour
- 1¾ cup sugar
- 1½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1⅓ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Anaba Estate Olive Oil)
- 1¼ cup milk (whole)
- 3 eggs
- 1½ tbsp orange zest (grated)
- ¼ cup orange juice (fresh squeezed )
- ¼ cup Grand Marnier
- Confectioners Sugar (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray a 9" round baking pan with olive oil, then line bottom with parchment paper to fit.
Whisk flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, milk, eggs, orange zest, orange juice, and Grand Marnier.
Add the dry ingredients into the bowl and stir until just combined.
Pour batter into the baking pan. Bake for 1 hour, until a toothpick inserted come out clean and the top in golden.
Transfer to a rack to cool for about 30 minutes. Loosen edge of cake from pan by running a knife along the edge. Invert cake onto rack, out of pan, and continue to cool.
Move to cake platter and dust with confectioners sugar, if desired.
