Seasonal Pesto Pizza
House-made pesto topped with tomato, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, and hand-crafted ricotta. (V)

Our thin, chewy crust is adorned with a harmonious trio of tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, & basil. (V)

Estate Olive Oil & Whipped Ricotta
Creamy whipped ricotta cheese drizzled with Estate olive oil and served with crostini. (V)

Strawberry Spring Salad
Baby spinach tossed with fresh-picked Watmaugh strawberries, creamy goat cheese, and a house balsamic dressing. (GF, V)

We strive to use only local and organic ingredients. We use olive oil made with olives from our Estate.
