2018 Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, WestLands

Our leanest Chardonnay to date, the WestLands Chardonnay is the most Chablis-like in style. This wine is linear and racy, holding good acidity. White floral notes, Asian pear, and sandalwood on the nose. Crisp apple, chamomile, and graphite on the palate. This wine finishes bright and savory, ideal for pairing with oysters, sushi, or after a hot afternoon in a cool Alpine lake.

Highlights the beauty of the Sonoma Coast AVA, our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is an artistic blend. Intense aromas of Bosc pear, mango lassi, and a sharp minerality greet the nose. Newly released Chardonnay from one of our favorite growers in the Petaluma Gap. Notes of guava and kiwi makes this wine the perfect pairing with any meal served with a nice lemon caper sauce. This Chardonnay is the perfect “I don’t usually like Chardonnay, but this one rocks” Chardonnay.
