2022 Turbine Red Rhône Blend

This Red Rhône blend entices the nose with a captivating bouquet of ripe raspberry and blackberry, intertwined with hints of earthy cacao nibs and warming allspice. On the palate, a symphony of layered fruits dances alongside vibrant acidity and a touch of spice, creating a beautifully textured experience. The finish is both lively and structured, boasting smooth tannins, well-integrated oak, and a lingering whisper of vanilla and spice that leaves you wanting more. This vintage is comprised of 40% Mourvèdre, 30% Syrah, 24% Grenache, 6% Petite Sirah.

Turbine Red is a vibrant expression of Anaba’s Rhône-style philosophy, and is named for the wind turbine installed on our estate. This captivating blend showcases the diverse terroir of Sonoma County, sourced from select family-owned vineyards in the corners of the county from Moon Mountain to Sonoma Mountain, Dry Creek to Russian River. Each grape variety contributes its unique personality, resulting in a complex and beautifully layered wine.

The 2022 growing season was early from start to finish, delivering quality grapes with complexity, balance and optimal ripeness.
