2022 Turbine White No. 1

A blend of 52% Grenache Blanc, 32% Picpoul Blanc, and 16% Viognier – this blend has more of a mouth feel than Turbine White No. 2.  Melon citrus on the nose gives way to an orange blossom and lemon zest taste, with a crisp and filling finish.

In 2022 we were lucky enough to get a lot of very high quailty Rhône varieties from our favorite vineyard, so we decided to change things up a little bit and make TWO different Turbine White Blends.  Turbine White Blends No. 1 and No. 2 really allowed our winemaker, Katy Wilson, to show off her skills!

If you’ve been a fan of our Turbine White in the past, Turbine White No. 2 is our more traditional version of the two different blends traditional bouquet of floral aromatics and lime zest.  But the Turbine White No. 1 is where we had fun!  A blend of 52% Grenache Blanc, 32% Picpoul Blanc, and 16% Viognier – this blend has more of a mouth feel than Turbine White No. 2.  Melon citrus on the nose gives way to an orange blossom and lemon zest taste, with a crisp and filling finish.
