About this wine
For Propiretor John Sweazey, there was never any doubt that our Rosé would be crafted from Grenache. It is a tribute to the bone-dry, Provence-style wines he first fell in love with during his travels through France in the ‘70s. By using a whole-cluster press, we’ve captured a beautiful texture and crisp acidity that makes this vintage incredibly refreshing.
The 2025 vintage of our Turbine Rosé comes from two private sources in the Sonoma Valley appellation just a few blocks from one another – Carr Vineyard and Figure 8 Vineyard. Our winemaker and vineyard manager work directly with these two small private growers to oversee the farming specifically for our rosé program. We ferment the grapes from each vineyard separately and then blend the lots together to achieve the perfect balance in the finished wine, balancing high-toned floral aromatics with a sophisticated, structural depth.. The result is a stunningly refreshing wine.
