Our white Rhône blend always turns out to be a beautiful wine that both pairs well with food and stands on its own. Jasmine blossom and honeydew melon greet the nose, with elusive notes of lemon zest and wet stone close behind. It has a vibrant yet smooth mouthfeel, with peach skin and white plum gracing the palate. 30% Viognier, 28% Grenache Blanc, 26% Marsanne, 16% Picpoul Blanc.
Mediterranean fragrances of Kalamata olive and marigold, with hints of blueberry and spicy red pepper. Driven by its vintage and AVA, our take on this bold Dry Creek varietal progresses from silk to suede to velvet, with more milk chocolate than cacao on the palate.
92 POINTS - WINE ENTHUSIAST; 91 POINTS- WINE ADVOCATE
Sitting at an elevation high above the fog line at 2,100 feet, the
steeply sloped Bismark vineyard benefits from cooler air temperatures, yet
intense sunlight, adding to the depth of this wine. Inviting aromas of subtle white pepper, black cherry and blackberry. The palate holds intricate flavors of Mediterranean olive and savory spices, complemented by silky tannins.
More tangerine in color than its predecessor, this Rosé beautifully expresses the lively, fresh aromatics of the 2019 vintage, including lime zest, honeydew and stone fruit. Guava and green apple grace the palate with vibrancy and texture, and no residual sugar.
91 POINTS - THE TASTING PANEL; 90 POINTS - WINE ADVOCATE
