2021 Define Series – Petaluma Gap Chardonnay

Newly released Chardonnay from one of our favorite growers in the Petaluma Gap. Notes of guava and kiwi makes this wine the perfect pairing with any meal served with a nice lemon caper sauce. This Chardonnay is the perfect “I don’t usually like Chardonnay, but this one rocks”, Chardonnay.

2021 Green Valley Pinot Noir

This wine lives up to the expectations of Green Valley!  Lively, bright and loads of cherry. This is a great food wine with tremendous acidity.

2021 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir

Expressive aromas of cola, wild raspberry, and clove dance on the nose while deeper flavors of pomegranate, baking spices, black plums linger on the palate. It is a mouth filling and densely flavored Pinot Noir that perfectly reflects the Russian River Valley appellation.

2022 Turbine White No. 1

A blend of 52% Grenache Blanc, 32% Picpoul Blanc, and 16% Viognier – this blend has more of a mouth feel than Turbine White No. 2.  Melon citrus on the nose gives way to an orange blossom and lemon zest taste, with a crisp and filling finish.

2019 Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast

Highlights the beauty of the Sonoma Coast AVA, our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is an artistic blend. Intense aromas of Bosc pear, mango lassi, and a sharp minerality greet the nose. This wine is dense with notes of grapefruit, overripe pear, and soft oak. This wine has a lush and lingering finish. Perfect to pair with baked brie cheese, salmon with butter and lemon sauce, or a Sunday afternoon.

2021 Pinot Noir Wildcat Vineyard

Deeply aromatic, this wine delivers a concentrated palate with earthy fruit and grippy tannins, bright acidity and a long spicy finish. The struggle in this hilltop vineyard results in a gorgeous expression in the glass.

Non-Vintage Red Port

Elegant with balanced sweetness, this Syrah port-style wine is delightful paired with bleu cheese, salted nuts, and dark chocolate.

2021 Turbine Chardonnay

The nose reveals aromas of green apple, stonefruit, white flower, and minerality. On the palate, there are notes of Meyer lemon, Golden Delicious apple, pear, and bright acidity. The finish is medium long and characterized by a touch of “California Sunshine.”

2019 Pinot Noir Wildcat Vineyard

The nose unveils a blend of dusty cherry, lush oak vanilla, and earthy undertones. On the palate, one finds a medley of dark fruit harmoniously paired with mouthwatering acidity and the distinct flavor of lapins cherry. The experience concludes with soft, long tannins, a lean profile, and a hint of subtle oak.

2022 Turbine Rosé of Grenache

On the palate, this wine is bright and floral, with notes of strawberry and ruby red grapefruit. On the finish, the 2022 Rosé of Grenache is textured with bright acidity and lingering phenolics. Pair this with charcuterie plates, prosciutto, and melon, or a grapefruit and goat cheese salad.

2018 Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast, WestLands

Our leanest Chardonnay to date, the WestLands Chardonnay is the most Chablis-like in style. This wine is linear and racy, holding good acidity. White floral notes, Asian pear, and sandalwood on the nose. Crisp apple, chamomile, and graphite on the palate. This wine finishes bright and savory, ideal for pairing with oysters, sushi, or after a hot afternoon in a cool Alpine lake.
